Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.

"The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit."

Joseph Pilates

I began practicing Pilates ten years ago during my dance training, and have developed my own style drawing inspiration from dance and functional strength methods. Over the years I have seen many professional dancers and athletes, including myself, overcome and further prevent both minor and chronic injuries through regular practice. For this reason I made it an essential part of my everyday training. I became so passionate about the benefits of Pilates that in 2011 I decided to train as an instructor.

Since then I have worked with many people from varying backgrounds with different goals. I work with dancers and athletes both professional and in training to help them better understand their bodies and develop an edge. I have helped clients after various surgeries (knee, back, hip) return to better movement and improved  pain relief. I have experience working with pre and post-natel ladies whether that be improving fitness levels and getting back into shape after child birth, or with managing SPD.

Pilates truely is for everybody.
